Hi, we're Elfrieda & Justine.
We live in Khorixas. We were taught how to make stuffed animals toys through our association with COSDEC. A volunteer (Ayumi) with a degree in fashion design came to Namibia to help us create these wildlife animals using Shweshwe fabric and stuffing. We use a template to ensure uniformity however by using different colour fabrics, we give each animal their own individual uniqueness and ourshelves the opportunity to be creative. Also, we don't use any buttons or additions that could harm a child or infant if swallowed.
